| 路線価 |
毎年1月1日に国税庁が公共価格などを参考にして評定する、市街地の道路に沿った宅地の1平米あたりの評価額のことです。宅地に接する道路に対して正面、側方、二方と分け、それぞれに設定する額を示します。
相続税、贈与税、地価税においては、この路線価が評価基準となります。
毎年1月1日を評価時点として評価、毎年8月頃に一般公開され、全国の税務署や国税庁ホームページで閲覧できます。
